Luis Angel Ramirez, a 22-year-old Latinomale, died Thursday, Feb. 20, after sustaining blunt force trauma by law enforcement near Atlantic Avenue and Market Street in Long Beach, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records.
