Roberto Alarcon, a 17-year-old Latino, was fatally shot Wednesday, Sept. 1, in the 10000 block of Hulme Avenue in Lynwood, according to Los Angeles County coroner's records. The street shooting, which occurred shortly after 7 p.m., killed Alarcon and wounded another teenage boy, authorities said.Alarcon was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Los Angeles County sheriff's officials.
